Return & Refund Policy

At Frank Wreaths, every wreath is individually handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and pride. Because each wreath is made by hand specifically for your order, we ask that you read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Handmade Production

Every wreath is handmade to order and is not mass-produced. Please allow approximately 7 days for production while your wreath is carefully crafted. Once completed, your order will be packaged securely and shipped.

Shipping

After your wreath has been completed, please allow 7–14 business days for shipping, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we do our best to meet these estimated timeframes, shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personal preferences, or accidental purchases.

Each wreath is created specifically for you, which means it cannot simply be restocked or resold like a mass-produced product. For this reason, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds if you:

• Change your mind after placing an order.
• Decide you no longer want the item.
• Order the wrong product by mistake.
• Prefer a different style or design after your order has been placed.
• Experience shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once work has begun on your handmade wreath, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel your order because materials and labor have already been invested into creating it.
