Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Frank Wreaths. Every wreath we sell is made to order and available as a pre-order item. We do not keep pre-made inventory on our shelves. Each wreath is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed, ensuring every piece receives the time and attention it deserves.

Pre-Order Production

All orders are considered pre-orders. Once your order is placed, we begin handcrafting your wreath from start to finish. Please allow approximately 7 days for production. Because every wreath is handmade, production times may vary slightly depending on current order volume, but we always work hard to complete each order as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Shipping Time

After your wreath has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Frank Wreaths is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
